Franklin Edward England, 54, of Southside passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014 in Southside. He was born April 14, 1960 in Chicago, IL to Bobbie Joe England and Joyce Dunnem England. He worked as refrigeration mechanic and was of the Church of Christ faith. Franklin enjoyed working on cars, watching drag racing, welding and tinkering. He is best remembered as a selfless person. Always thinking of others first.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Y. England of the home; his father, Bobbie Joe England and his wife, Kim, of Southside; two daughters, Amber Furrow and Heather Finley both of Batesville; one brother, Bobbie Howard England of Locust Grove; three sisters, Janis Rose of Jamestown, Liz Moeck and Patsy S. England both of Batesville and six grandchildren, Payton England, Mason Newingham, Jacob England, Summer Kaye Finley, Baylee Furrow, and Adyn Furrow.
He is preceded in death by his mother and grandparents.
Services will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 11, 2014, at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Bob Harris officiating. Interment will be at the Egner Cemetery in Salado. Pallbearers are Ron Hudson, John Finley, Terry Bradley, Dale Henderson, William Furrow, and Tim Bristow. Honorary Pallbearers are Darryl Henderson, Gary Mize, Clay Mitchell, Rich McGaha, Randy Rowe, Gary Altom and Eric Mize..
Visitation is 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 10, 2014.
