Eddie Dugger Obituary
Eddie Jean Millspaugh Dugger of Batesville, Arkansas died at the age of 64 September 23, 2017 at her residence and home she and her husband Bill Dugger built in 1979.
Born April 10, 1953, she was the daughter of Edward Eugene and Iris Lavern Gould Millspaugh. Eddie Jean and her son Jason co-owned Roto-Rooter of Batesville also known as 3-D Plumbing Company, Inc. She graduated from Batesville High School, and she was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Batesville.
Eddie was an avid fisherwoman. She thoroughly enjoyed camping and 4-wheeling with her family. Equally important to her was her support of the Independence County Humane Society.
Survivors include her husband of 46 years Bill Dugger, son and daughter-in-law Jason and Angela Dugger of Hot Springs, Arkansas, son Joshua of the home, son and daughter-in-law Justin and Tara Dugger of Carrollton, Texas; grandchildren Mary Elizabeth Dugger and Levi David Dugger of Hot Springs, Arkansas; sister and husband Karen and Michael Sutter of Pleasant Plains, Arkansas; brother and wife Jack and Wilsene Kwok of Delaware, Ohio; nephews, nieces and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held September 26, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Willis Funeral Service Chapel 3513 Harrison Street Batesville, Arkansas 72501. Dr. Jack Kwok will officiate. The family will receive friends after the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Independence County Humane Society.
