Danny Leonard Obituary
Danny Eugene Leonard, 56, of Newark passed away Sunday, November 6th, 2016 at his home. He attended the Newark Southern Baptist Church. He loved to fish and liked to watch all kinds of sports especially NASCAR racing and football. Most of all he enjoyed time spent with his family and playing with his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his father Walter Leonard and his memaw and papaw.
He is survived by his wife Sheila Leonard; three sons: Justin Crawford, Matthew Crawford and his wife Carol and Michael Fawcett Jr.; one daughter Beth Galloway and her husband Bryan; one brother Randy Leonard; one niece Savannah Kane; 11 grandchildren: Kyle Crawford, Whitlee Crawford, Emmalee Crawford, Ryder Crawford, Jayden Crawford, Jessica Galloway, Alexis Galloway, Hunter Galloway, Rachael Galloway, Emma Burget, and Alexis Crawford; and a host of special friends and other relatives.
A celebration of life has been scheduled for Saturday, November 12th beginning at 2:00 PM at the Newark City Park with a potluck meal. All family and friends are invited and encouraged to attend.
