Billy Todd Huskey, 40, of Hays, KS passed away Friday, March 7, 2014 in Hays, KS. He was born January 23, 1974 in Batesville to Frank Huskey and Sue Adams Huskey. He was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church at Southside, attended Batesville High School, Harding University, Gulf Coast Community College and worked as a row agent in the oil industry. Todd loved soccer, football, the Razorbacks, politics and video games/spending time with Kaleb. He also loved his car, the Mustang GT Cobra and had a passion for martial arts. Todd was raised at the Arkansas Sheriff's Youth Ranch and later in his life became a supporter.
Survivors include his mother; his son, Kaleb Todd Huskey of Hot Springs; one brother, Jeffery Frank Huskey of Jonesboro; one sister, Kimberly Sue Cannon of Little Rock; his fiance, Crystal Bevan of Wichita, KS; his fiance's children, Taylor Bevan and Ashlee Bevan; two nephews, Chase and Caden Huskey both of Batesville; one half brother, Trenton Huskey of MI and one half sister, Heather Huskey of MI.
He was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents.
Services will be 11:00 A.M., Friday, March 14, 2014 at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel with Jared Cook officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Royal. Pallbearers are Rick Ingram, Jeremy Wycough, Brandon Pollett, Ryan Hopkins, Marc Rendon and Lanny Cowey. Honorary Pallbearers are Zac Sutherland, Sheldon Thorne, Robert Duez, Timothy Duez, Dorothy Cowey, David Sanders and the Employees/Staff of Landmark Field Services, Inc.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Kaleb Todd Huskey Trust Fund c/o Merchants and Planters Bank, 555 East Main Street, Batesville, AR 72501.
