Ricky Loyd McGaha

     Ricky Loyd McGaha passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019 at the age of 59. Ricky was born August 21, 1960 in Mishawaka, IN to the late Loyd Lawrence McGaha and Gennie M. (Russell) McGaha. Ricky was the Fleet Manager at Triple Transport in Judsonia, AR for the past 9 years and knew trucks inside and out. Whether it was working on them or driving them, there wasn’t an 18-wheeler out there that Ricky didn’t know every aspect of. He was notorious for calling out make, model, and specifics on trucks as he passed them on the highway. Ricky enjoyed fishing, a little hunting here and there, and loved camping outdoors with his family. He loved his family with all his heart, especially spending time with his children and grandchildren but the last 9 wonderful years of his life were spent with his best friend and true love, his wife Becky. Ricky touched the lives of all who he met and leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and hard work for his family. He will forever be loved and missed by all that knew him.

     Ricky is reunited in heaven with his parents, Loyd and Gennie McGaha. He is survived by his wife Becky Wells McGaha, his 4 sons:  Cody McGaha, Jeremie McGaha, Trevor McGaha, and Tyler McGaha, his two step-sons, Jonathan Blackburn (Olivia) and Justin Blackburn (Mandy), his two daughters, Krystal Crum (Creston), of North Carolina, and Taren Liles (James) of Batesville, his two brothers, Tommy McGaha of Batesville and Dwayne McGaha of Russellville, his two sisters, Rita Jo Gilbert (Randall) of McCroy, and Holly Treadway (Patrick) of Batesville, and 12 beloved grandchildren.

     Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville. Services will be Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with a visitation from 12PM-2PM and a 2PM funeral service. Interment will follow at Egner Cemetery in Salado. Serving as Pallbearers:  Tommy McGaha, Brent Hughes, Jeremie McGaha, Cody McGaha, Jonathan Blackburn, and Justin Blackburn. Recognized as Honorary Pallbearers:  All of Ricky’s Nephews and Employees of Triple Transport Inc.
