Patsy Sue Tosh, 80, of Batesville, passed away Monday, July 22, 2019. Patsy was born July 13,1939 to Kenneth A. and Gladys Beatrice (Fulbright) Humphries Oldham in Melbourne, AR. Patsy loved fishing, camping, piecing together puzzles, but most of all she loved time with her grandchildren. Patsy was a dedicated and loving wife, following her husband Gerald as they were stationed all over the U.S. and in the Philippines with the U.S. Air Force, and raising their family together back here at home. Patsy was of the Baptist faith. Patsy was retired from White Rodgers after 28 years of service.
Patsy is preceded in death by both of her parents, her stepfather, James Oldham, her sister, Oma Jean Humphries, her brother, William “Bill” Humphries, and her daughter-in-law, Reva Tosh. Patsy is survived by her husband of 63 years , Gerald William Tosh, her two sons: Gerald R. (Rhonda) Tosh, and Kenny (Dede) Tosh, her four daughters: Vickie (Brad Jackson) Gagne, Sandra (Odell) Moody, Sheri Tosh Ward, and Kathy (Wesley) Martin, one brother, Gary (Angela) Humphries, and 12 grandchildren: Christopher Reynolds, Timothy Tosh, Jeffery (Taylor) Tosh, Sean (Erin) Tosh, Greg (Chelsie) Tosh, Donna (Andy) Mills, Courtney (Raymond) Holt, Kristen (Cody) Tosh, Devan (Clint) Shelley, Brittany Martin, Michael Moody, and Aaron (Micah) Moody, 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and two very special childhood friends, Louise William Ball, and Mary “Prickett” Ballard.
Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 5-7 PM at Willis Funeral Service. There will be a Gravesite Service Friday, July 26, 2019 at 10 AM at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Cushman, AR. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
