Johnny Wayne England, 53 of Batesville passed away Friday, July 26, 2019.
Johnny was born August 24, 1965 to Junior Wayne England and Janet Laymon England Copeland in Batesville, Arkansas. He deeply loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He not only loved them, but he mentored, guided, taught, and led them spiritually. Johnny loved his Lord and spent much time reading his Bible, praying, witnessing and discussing God’s word. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, motorcycle riding, studying artifacts, and working on vehicles. He married the love of his life, Frankie Riley, at age 17, and they became parents of a daughter, Faith, May 20, 2001. Johnny worked at Gillihan’s Body Shop for several years. He and Frankie later ran Frankie and Johnny’s. He was talented at anything he tried. He did mechanic work and body work, specializing in camo jobs.
Johnny was preceded in death by his father, Junior Wayne England and a sister, Judie England Baker.
Survivors include his wife of almost 36 years, Frankie England and a daughter, Christian Faith England, both of the home. He is also survived by his mother, Janet Laymon Copeland, a nephew Craig Baker, and many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening, July 30 from 5 until 7 P.M. Services will be at Willis Funeral Home, Wednesday, July 31 at 2 P.M. with Bro. Ira Brokaw officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery at Cushman. Pallbearers will be Jacob Warner, Danny Jones, Bill Scroggins, Keith Riley, Brett Lanning, and Wyatt Ball.
