Carl Milligan Obituary

Carl Van Milligan 83, of Cushman passed away from this life on Monday, November 19, 2018. Born in Shelbyville, Arkansas, to Ellis and Zelmer (Dobbs) Milligan on Dec. 10, 1934. Carl worked at Con-Agri where he retired. He enjoyed going to the Cushman General Store for breakfast and hanging out with his buddies. He also frequently stopped in over at the Senior Citizens Center to hang out. Carl made sure to check up with anyone that was in the hospital that he knew or that he worked with. We give him a big thanks for his time and service he spent in the United States Air Force. Carl we salute you! He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Bonnie Milligan; brother, Eugene Milligan; daughter, Teresa Milligan. He is survived by three daughters, Carla Bryant; Tammy Marts (Andy); Karen Riddiough (Stephen); sister, Allene Wilhite; grandchildren, Anthony Bryant, Jason Bryant, Alan Marts, Chris Marts, Kristy Sutton, Kevin Wallace; great grandchildren, Ty Smith, Issac Smith, Jayce Bryant, Brycen Sutton, Curtis Sutton, Kourtlynn Sutton, Kayleigh Wallace, Kamron Wallace, Kassidy Wallace. Visitation will be Sat. Nov. 24, 2018  9 a.m. at the Cushman Assembly of God Church. Funeral Service will follow at 10 a.m. with Bro. Carl Blankenship Officiating. Interment will be Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
